Transparency and personal privacy are fundamental to us.

The site sets no cookies. To see which pages are read we use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that records visits to individual pages as aggregate figures. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify individual visitors.

Personal information is only collected when you subscribe to the newsletter (email address) or send an order or enquiry (name, email and, where given, phone number). The information is used solely to handle your request — a newsletter address is used only to send the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Submissions from the site are transmitted via an email service provider acting as our processor, which handles the data solely on our behalf.

Under the Icelandic Data Protection Act no. 90/2018 (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct and delete information about you, and you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd). The data controller is FSK ehf., Icelandic company reg. no. 690726-1300.
