The Telemetra software runs in the cloud and many users can work in it at once, such as the office, accounting and harbour staff, each with their own access. It also comes in two local versions: a basic version on a single PC with a key reader, and a distributed version with a server, a database and many users at different locations.
A map view shows the status of every pedestal and gate. Customer consumption and events can be viewed in tables and charts and filtered by date. The system keeps the register of customers, boats and piers, links to the marina's accounting software and exports data for accounting.
The software shows current and past alarms, keeps a blacklist of lost keys, manages logins and gate access rights and logs every event.
