The only routine upkeep on an AQ2 sensor is abrading its face. The automatic abrading system does it for you: at programmed intervals it abrades the surface and keeps performance at its best.
It suits places where the sensor is hard to reach, such as sea cages, buoys and remote monitoring stations. It is designed to run up to a year without intervention and is 10 cm at its widest.
