Battery housing with ANB's Battery Management System, made for two batteries. It gives the AQ2 sensor its own power where there is none, such as on a sea cage or a buoy, and is built to get the most out of long deployments.

The BMS checks battery voltage to ±0.3 V before every scan and shuts the system down if voltage falls below the set threshold. It is configured in anb_utils before the sensor is connected: voltage limits, date, time and firmware.

This model takes 14.8 V 15.6 Ah lithium-ion batteries. ANB recommends batteries from Blue Robotics. Batteries are not included.
