AQ2 sensors ship with a 1 m cable. When the measuring point is further from the logger, the cable is extended with ANB extension cable, cut by the metre to order.
Longer runs need the right communication. RS-232 is good for about 15 m, while on a 150 m cable the sensor communicates over RS-485. Beyond that there are no special requirements.
The cable can be fitted to a pigtailed sensor in the field with ANB's splice kit (CABAQ_SP), so the sensor does not have to go back to the factory. ANB supplies instructions.
