DODISK is the luminescent sensing disc of the OPTOD sensor, on a white plastic holder. It lasts about 2 years on average and is replaced if it is damaged or calibration becomes difficult. An O-ring is included.
The disc can be stored for 2 years in the dark, in the black pouch it is supplied in. After a change the disc must be rehydrated and the sensor calibrated.
