AquaLabo DIGISENS
Part no.: PF-CAP-C-00160
DIGISENS is AquaLabo's range of digital sensors for dissolved oxygen, pH, ORP, conductivity, salinity and turbidity. Every sensor speaks Modbus RS-485 and keeps its own calibration.

Part no.: PF-CAP-C-00422
Digital optical oxygen sensor for fish farming with the longer, more protective strainer, on a 7 m cable.

OPTOD Plastic is the version of the OPTOD oxygen sensor that AquaLabo developed specifically for fish farming: closed containment, land-based farms and offshore cages. The body is black POM-C and PVC with internal reinforcement, and the sensor comes with a choice of two strainers, standard and longer.
It measures with luminescent optical technology approved to ASTM D888-05 and ISO 17289:2014. There is no membrane or electrolyte, the sensor consumes no oxygen and needs no water flow. Calibration and history are stored in the sensor, and the open Modbus RS-485 protocol lets it connect directly to a PLC that controls aeration.
An optional copper antifouling protection for the strainer reduces maintenance. The DODISK sensing disc lasts about 2 years on average.
This version has the longer strainer, which gives the sensing disc more protection, and a 7 m cable with bare wires.
